Jarrod Luparell, REALTOR Joins Wagner Realty's First Street Sarasota Office

REALTOR Jarrod Luparell has joined Wagner Realty's First Street Sarasota Office and will be providing real estate services in the Manatee and Sarasota County areas. He is looking forward to helping everyone from first-time home buyers to seasoned investors find exactly what they are looking for.
Jarrod was born and raised in Springfield, Illinois. He obtained his real estate license in 1992 when a 9% interest rate was considered a good rate. After the 2008 real estate market correction, he worked with bank-owned properties and short sales.
In 2000, he moved to the Tampa, Florida area, not only for the healthy lifestyle and awesome weather, but to join the family real estate business. Jarrod moved to the Bradenton area in 2009 and continued in his successful real estate business. By 2023, he was looking for a change to a brokerage that provided more hands-on training, the ability to grow his technology skills and the potential of involvement in business brokerage.
In his spare time, Jarrod and his girlfriend, Lisa enjoy putting on the dancing shoes and gliding across the ballroom floor. In the past, they have competed professionally, and have won team competitions. They are looking forward to taking a dance cruise soon.
