REALTOR® Holly Hulsman Joins Wagner Realty's Lakewood Ranch Main St Office

Holly Hulsman has joined Wagner Realtyʼs Lakewood Ranch Office as a licensed REALTOR®.
Holly was raised in Northeast Ohio about 30 minutes east of Cleveland and remains a devoted Cleveland Browns fan. After marrying in 2003 and starting a family, she obtained her Class B CDL license, and chose transportation as a part time career, that lasted for 13 years.
In 2016, she moved to Sarasota where they salt margaritas and not roads and became a school bus driver for The Out of Door Academy in Lakewood Ranch. She graduated from Manatee Technical College with an Applied Technologies Diploma in Medical Coding. Although she went through many career changes, the most consistent and valuable qualities she maintained was her passion, her down to earth personality, and humorous nature. No matter what she pursues, it is always done with a smile and plenty of enthusiasm. She is confident that those qualities are exactly the ones that will help her achieve positive success in her new real estate career. Holly will be providing residential real estate listing and sales services throughout our great community of Manatee and Sarasota Counties.
When Holly is not helping families locate their dream homes, she will be working out at the gym, gardening, fishing, and travelling. Her life revolves around her 16-year-old daughter, 14-year-old son, and the cutest rescue bull terrier mix named Sam.
