Press Release: Realtor Stacy Bradberry Joins Wagner Realty's El Conquistador Office
BRADENTON, FL, July 29, 2021 – REALTOR Stacy Bradberry has joined Wagner Realty's El Conquistador Office as a licensed REALTOR®. Stacy was born and raised in the Atlanta, Georgia area. She joined the family business as Vice President of ThermaCote® Inc., a company that manufactures a technologically-advanced spray-applied thermal barrier coating sealing the envelope of any structure.
While working as a business executive, she and her husband raised a family of three children, along with assisting her husband to build his successful company in the commercial and residential building industry.
She relocated to Florida in August 2021, and decided to fulfill her lifelong dream of pursuing a career in real estate. That dream started when she was young and over the years, observed her grandmother, who was a passionate broker in the metro Atlanta area and her grand-mother-in-law, who was also a real estate agent. Both had established a successful and trusted reputation in the industry. She was determined to follow in their footsteps.
She will be providing residential real estate listing and sales services throughout Manatee and Sarasota Counties.
In her spare time, Stacy enjoys everything and anything that involves antiquing. You'll often find her in thrift stores and vintage antique shops searching for quality pieces that are attractive and unique. She also loves nature and learning about the hundreds of Florida tropical plants. Stacy has recently taken up fishing on the Gulf Coast, although she admits she is a bit squeamish when holding live bait.
