Realtor Tricia Amstutz Joins Wagner Realty's El Conquistador Office

BRADENTON, FL March 19, 2021 – Tricia Amstutz has recently joined Wagner Realty's El Conquistador Office as a licensed REALTOR®. She will be providing residential real estate listing and sales services throughout Manatee and Sarasota Counties.
Raised in Northern Virginia, her love for real estate started at the tender age of seven. Tricia was fascinated with watching the building of a new home across the street where she lived. She couldn't wait until the contractors left everyday so she could run over to see the progress. Although she founded and owned a preschool for 24 years in northern Virginia, she often thought about the house across the street. Her love for real estate just kept growing and growing, and was thrilled to become a licensed REALTOR in 2014. Now she can continue to walk though homes and work with families to find them a beautiful place to live.
