BRADENTON, FL, October 12, 2020 – Joan Oliszewski of Wagner Realty's Manatee Avenue West Office has been recognized as a REALTOR® Emeritus. The REALTOR® Emeritus program is a special membership status presented by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) honoring REALTORS® who have maintained their membership for 40 years or more.
Joan came to the USA from French St. Martin in 1961 and has lived in nine states. She moved to Manatee County in 1977. Her real estate career began in 1973 with a builder in Ohio. When she made the move to Florida, she moved her license too, later partnering with her daughter Julie Oliszewski; the team just celebrated their 15-year anniversary!

LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL, October 12, 2020 – REALTOR® David Weiman, of Wagner Realty's Lakewood Ranch Office was recently honored by the Jewish Federation of Sarasota Manatee, earning the Hatikva (Hope) Award. The 2020 award winners were chosen by Federation staff to recognize volunteers and lay leaders for their hard work this past year.
