BRADENTON, FL, November 6, 2019 – Wagner Realty is known for its tight-knit family of agents, staff and affiliates. On Friday November 1st the company celebrated its annual "Agent Appreciation Day" with a luncheon party and shred event at their Manatee Avenue West Office.

A beautiful breeze and clouds overhead made for a great day of camaraderie as its agents stopped by with boxes of documents to shred. "This event is a great way for us to help our agents properly dispose of outdated documents, while also enjoying each other's company over a delicious Mission BBQ lunch," notes David Eckel, Wagner Realty's Owner and Broker, adding "we always have a great turn out."  Wagner Realty is celebrating its 80th year, with eight offices providing real estate services to the greater Sarasota/Manatee region.

A Checklist to Get Your Florida Home Ready for Fall

  1. Make Sure Your Gutters Are Clear
If you live in a house with lots of overhanging trees, you might be shocked to discover the amount of leaves, debris and organic matter that pile up in your gutters over the course of a year. This can cause a lot of problems, including potentially costly water damage during rainy conditions, so make sure your gutters are clear before winter arrives.
