Meet Jon Patella

Jon is a true "Sarasota Native" being born and raised in the community he now serves. Jon earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Hospitality and Business Administration from Florida State University. Jon worked in several positions in the Hotel, Country Club, and Yacht Club industry. Most notably he served as the Food and Beverage Director for the Sarasota Yacht Club and Assistant Food and Beverage Director at Pinehurst Resort and Spa in Pinehurst, NC. Jon has a passion for serving others and exceeding their expectations. He has been honored to be part of the Wagner Realty family since 2014 as a Sales Agent and now as the Branch Manager of the Downtown Sarasota Office.
