Ed Kinkopf is proud to be a member of Wagner Realty's team of Real Estate professionals in Manatee and Sarasota Counties! Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Ed sold real estate with Russell Realty where he earned Salesman of the Year honors. Ed relocated to Bradenton in 1983 and continued in real estate sales with Palm Gate West Real Estate where he gained a reputation for delivering exceptional customer service to all his friends and clients. In 1990 Ed shifted his efforts to mortgage loan originations and earned Presidents Club honors at Sears Mortgage. In 2010 he jumped back to his real passion - real estate home sales.
Ed has also been active in the community... first as Membership Director and then as President of the Bradenton Jaycees. He also served very actively with Suncoast Aqua Ventures- a charitable non-profit organization founded to preserve our Gulf sea life and its habitat and to serve our community by hosting fundraising and clean-up events centered around scuba diving. Ed is an avid fisherman, scuba diver, and outdoorsman.

Born and raised in Bradenton, Florida, Casey is the daughter of Ed Kinkopf, a well-known REALTOR at Wagner Realty. She attended Manatee High School and the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee, earning her Elementary Education degree. She taught elementary school in Manatee County for eight years.
Helping others as well as building relationships with people is something she enjoys and wants to continue as she follows in her father’s footsteps as a REALTOR at Wagner Realty. Her father, Ed has been in the business for over forty years and has been Bradenton Herald’s People’s Choice Award winner for favorite realtor the last five years in a row (2018- to 2022).

In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors. Anything that has to do with the woods or water is where she wants to be! She and her husband, Tim, share their passion for boating, fishing, diving, and hunting with their five-year-old daughter, Madison, and newborn son, Luke. They always include their dogs, Tucker and Remi, in all their adventures.
